Product Designer

Business, engineer, user, design.
The goal never gets translated

A design partner who owns
the product like
it's his own

Most products lose their goal on the way to shipping. It travels from business to design to engineering to the user, and something goes missing at every stage.

I hold the whole, and I fight for it.

What sets me apart

A design partner owns the goal at every stage

A design partner owns the goal at every stage

Beautiful screens are common.
What is rare is the designer who checks feasibility against the codebase before drawing, writes the logic down so engineering never has to guess, and stays on the problem until it ships.

Me

BE

FE

Screens designed to scale

I don't hand over a folder of screens. I hand over a set of components and rules the team keeps building on after I move to the next problem, which is how Archbee kept shipping features while I designed the hard parts.

Design

Business

Idea

In it through every technical stage

Feasibility, implementation questions, spacing that drifted in CSS, testing, reproducing bugs. Handoff isn't the finish line for me, it's the point where most of the value is either kept or quietly lost.

The fix before the ask

Nobody has to hand me a brief. I sit on sales calls, I read support tickets back to the root cause, and I bring the team the thing the product is missing before a customer has to complain about it.

Solutions that solve the actual problems

Looking good is the bare minimum. I design for the real problem underneath, so what ships is something people can use on a bad day, in a hurry, on a slow connection, without reading a guide.

Good features
aren't luck here. They're the output

A full process from strategy to production, keeping design, engineering, and the outcome aligned at every stage.

Archbee

Archbee

A documentation platform used by 3,000+ companies, including Adobe, Cisco, and Bosch. Built for developer and product teams.

Designed a technical product for technical users, reading it the way they do.

Turned scattered UI into one system, so engineers extend the product on their own.

Vola

Vola

One of Romania's larger online travel agencies. Flights and hotels, real money under time pressure. Complex inventory, live pricing, conversion is the whole business.

Audited the old page and reverse-engineered how the best upsell pages convert, then rebuilt it.

Rebuilt the UX so each tier's value lands at the exact moment someone decides to pay.

Reviur Fit

Reviur Fit

Coursera homework, Google UX Design certificate. Most people bury their first project. I redesigned mine.

2021, the full process for the first time — Interviews, personas, journey map, wireframes, prototypes, and two usability studies with real people.

2023, the redesign — Came back after BCR and HP and reworked it like a client's product. New design system, dark UI, sign up and login flows, smarter search, and an Events page nobody asked for.

Microchip

A Fortune 500 semiconductor company. The world's number-one maker of 8-bit microcontrollers. Over 10 billion PIC chips shipped, a billion more every year, inside cars, medical devices, and industrial systems.

Owned PIC16 and PIC18 from RTL design to post-gates silicon checks. The full product, not a slice of it.

User Experience

I chase the real problem, not the one in the brief. Users don't want features. They want the thing to work. I find where it breaks and design the fix.

What it's like on the other side of the table.

Founders and teams who trusted the direction, watched the work ship, and stayed happy after launch.

Adrian understood our banking business fast, even the complicated parts. He's quick, low-friction, and one of those designers who just makes the whole process easier.
